I’m Louise Gabriele, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a doctorate-prepared, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: mental health care should feel human. It should feel supportive, compassionate, and collaborative. After more than thirty years in nursing, I’ve learned that people come to treatment with so much more than symptoms, they bring their stories, their stress, their resilience, and their hopes for something better. My role is to create a space where you feel truly heard, respected, and never rushed.

Beyond my clinical work, I also have the privilege of teaching future PMHNPs. I share with my students the same philosophy I bring to every patient: lead with compassion, stay grounded, and always see the person before the diagnosis. Teaching keeps me thoughtful, up to date, and deeply connected to why this work matters.

More than anything, I believe that everyone deserves care that honors their dignity and supports them on their path to feeling steadier, healthier, and more hopeful. I’m here to walk with you one step, one conversation, and one achievable goal at a time.
